• The legal basis for the processing of the name, the email address and the IP address is the consent of the customer.

Access to your personal data is granted only to authorized employees and associates of the Company within the framework of the above defined purposes and to the extent required for the performance of their duties.

Your personal data is kept confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent. They are not transferred to third parties except to the competent public authorities and services provided by law as well as to the external accountants of the Company, to the extent that this is required for the execution of the respective tasks.

We may collect Personal Information from various sources, such as: via the website (e.g., booking machine, contact requests) via Internet by reservation through social media (e.g., Facebook) during your visit to provide you with our services.

Data Retention:
We’ll store your information for as long as we are obliged by law. If there’s no legal requirement for us to retain the data, we’ll only store it for as long as we need to. An exception is the retention of data when this is required by current European and Greek legislation, mainly for accounting purposes and the effectiveness of tax audits. We do not collect any additional information about you other than those mentioned above. Reservations

• Confirmation is subject to availability and requires a deposit payment or a valid credit card.
• Extra Person Policy: additional guests can be added, extra charges may occur.
• Stay over tax of 0.50€ is not included in price and is payable on the spot

Payments:

• 25% deposit at the time of the booking is required to ensure the reservation.
• Balance payment is required prior to your arrival as stated at the confirmation email.
• Payment ways: credit card, bank transfer, Western Union money transfer

Cancellations:

• Cancellation requests will only be accepted by email to info@aristoteliagi.com
• Cancellation fees vary based on selected rate – please check your email confirmation for detailed cancellation policy.
• ‘Non-shows’ will be charged 100% of the total stay value. Should you fail to arrive on the scheduled day of your reservation, your room will be held until the following day in case you have been unforeseeably delayed and are unable to contact us. Should you not arrive the next day your reservation will be cancelled and the total accommodation charged.
• Early departures - If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged for the used overnights and 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
• Any refund related bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Check in

• From 15:00, however the room will be available earlier you will be accommodated at once. If not, we will gladly store your luggage until the room is ready. If you are planning to arrive after 18:00 please contact us in advance
• All guests must be over 18 years old to checki in without a parent or legal guardian

Check out:

• Until 10:30. Late check-out is available on request, with an extra charge (subject to availability). For more information, please contact us one day prior to your departure.
• On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

Children:

• Crib/cots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.

GENERAL POLICIES:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the rooms and interior areas.
• Parking: Free of charge onsite - one slot for each room.
• Pets are not allowed
• Tips and gratuities to our team members are at our guest’s discretion and we do not apply any compulsory service charges.
